I've been obsessed with gear my whole life - the kind of obsession that turns a "quick browse" into a three-hour deep dive on material tolerances and weight savings. Titanium has always sat at the top of my list. Lightweight, bomber strong, and built to outlast pretty much everything. But somewhere along the way, the titanium market got stuck. Overpriced products dressed up in boring, lifeless branding - like the gear was too serious to have a personality. I kept waiting for someone to fix it. Nobody did. So we built Salty Summit.

We're based in Utah - home of the Great Salt Lake, world-class mountain ranges, and some of the most relentless terrain on the planet. The name Salty Summit says it all: we live between the lake and the peaks, and we spend our time out there crushing gravel, hammering mountain passes, lapping the bike park, and bikepacking through the wild west. This gear gets used. Hard. So when we set out to build Salty Summit, the mission was clear: titanium shouldn't cost a fortune, and it definitely shouldn't be boring. We're not racing to be the cheapest option on the shelf - cheap and value are two very different things. We care about quality. We care about durability. We care about making stuff you can actually trust when it matters. What we don't care about is charging you a premium just to slap a minimalist logo on a matte grey product and call it a day. Salty Summit is loud, colorful, and unapologetically alive - because great gear should make you excited to get outside, not just grateful you could afford it.
